*** COVID VACCINE UPDATE ***
The media seems to be providing news that clinics are expected to be administering the Covid Vaccine. As of now, we have not received any communication from Alberta Health about this. Once we receive this information, we will update the website. Until we get more updated information, Covid Vaccines can be booked online through the Alberta Health website or if you don't have computer access, you call Healthlink and dial 811 to book an appointment. Pharmacies throughout the city are also offering the vaccine. Please inquire with them directly. Thanks for your cooperation.
*** ATTENTION ***
Our clinics are making all efforts to maintain accessible healthcare for all patients during these difficult times. We have noticed higher than normal call volumes both incoming and outgoing. If you are unable to get through, please try again or email us and we will get a staff member to call you back within 24-48 hours. Please note we do not address any medical concerns or prescription requests by email. These will require a phone consultation or may require an in-office visit.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation and do apologize for any inconvenience.
*** PRIME HEALTH CARE - COVID-19 ADVISORY ***
All of our clinics remain open during the COVID-19, but hours may vary between each office. If you are self-isolating and/or feel you have been exposed to COVID-19 and have cold and flu-like symptoms, please do not come to the clinic, stay home and call #811 to be further assessed. If you require prescriptions and have other medical concerns and are currently self isolating and/or have cold and flu-like symptoms, please call and speak to the reception to discuss your booking options. In the event of any changes or news we will provide updates. Please note that all in-office appointments will require a face mask.
